UPDATE: OAK, SFO flight cancellations begin Friday morning
The Federal Aviation Administration has issued an emergency order requiring 40 airports to phase in a 10% reduction in flights starting Friday, Nov. 7. SFO and OAK are on the final list; San Jose is not.
