Live music at Sailing Goat. Enjoy live music at the outdoor waterfront Sailing Goat restaurant, with views of San Francisco Bay at San Pablo Harbor. On Fri., Sept. 26, guitarist The Real John Gary will strum folk and alternative country music from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Sat., Sept. 27, Lars and In Charge will perform Greek and Turkish songs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Sun., Sept. 28, Tom Bekeny and Friends will take the stage for some jazz tunes from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Sailing Goat, 1900 Stenmark Drive, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Free.
Tunes at The Backyard, a kid and dog friendly outdoor beer and wine garden with a full menu and live music. This weekend’s line-up features soul music from Rojai on Sat., Sept. 27, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. That will be followed by karaoke from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Sun., Sept. 28, hear reggae tunes from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Backyard, 205 Cutting Blvd. Free.
Jazz at Riggers Loft Wine Company. The winery has live music on most weekends. On Sat., Sept. 27, the Albany Jazz Band will perform from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. There is a $5 music cover charge. On Sun., Sept. 28, the six-piece band Juke Joint pays a visit from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. There is an $8 music cover charge. Riggers Loft Wine Company, 1325 Canal Blvd.
Karaoke at The Factory Bar. Karaoke lights up the stage on Tuesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Sat., Sept. 27, there will be a pop-up art show fundraiser featuring the works of Tiffany Conway from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Wed., Oct. 1, a comedy night featuring comedians from the Bay Area will bring the laughs from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. On Thur., Oct. 2, special music guests Duane Patton and Mikelle Morgan will take the stage from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Factory Bar, 12517 San Pablo Ave. Free.
Trivia nights at Armistice Brewing Company. Show off your knowledge of random facts on trivia nights, Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Armistice Brewing Company, 845 Marina Bay Parkway, Suite 1. Free.
Shop, dine, enjoy live music. The Annex, an area for shopping, dining and relaxing adjacent to The Natural Grocery Company’s El Cerrito store, features live music on most Wednesday evenings. The Annex, 10387 San Pablo Ave., El Cerrito.
